Contribution rules
1. I am a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident (i.e., green card holder).
2. This contribution is made from my own funds, and funds are not being provided to me by another person or entity for the purpose of making this contribution.
3. I am at least eighteen years old.
4. This contribution to Marc Levine for Insurance Commissioner 2022 is not from any insurance company, insurance executive, affiliated organization, or any person or entity with business pending in front of the State Department of Insurance.
Contributions to Marc Levine for Insurance Commissioner 2026 are not tax deductible for income tax purposes. Marc Levine for Insurance Commissioner 2026 can accept contributions from individuals, businesses, or PACs of up to $8,100 for the primary election and $8,100 for the general election. Spouses or domestic partners are allowed to each contribute the maximum amount. For those with an account controlled by the same person, both individuals must sign the check, credit card authorization form, or letter accompanying their contribution. Contributions from registered California lobbyists or foreign nationals are not allowed. Individual donors are required by California law to disclose their street address. Those donating $100 or more are required to provide their occupation and employer. “Retired” is also acceptable. Paid for by Marc Levine for Insurance Commissioner 2026 (FPPC #1451177).
